COOKIE POLICY
Last updated September 13, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how VIVE AI, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our website at https://ownerspal.app ("Website"). It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.
In some cases we may use cookies to collect personal information, or that becomes personal information if we combine it with other information.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners in order to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.
Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, VIVE AI, Inc. ) are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies." Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g., advertising, interactive content, and analytics). The parties that set these third-party cookies can recognize your computer both when it visits the website in question and also when it visits certain other websites.
Why do we use cookies?
We use first- and third- party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our Website to operate, and we refer to these as "essential" or "strictly necessary" cookies. Other cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Online Properties. Third parties serve cookies through our Website for advertising, analytics, and other purposes. This is described in more detail below.
How can I control cookies?
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. You can exercise your cookie rights by setting your preferences in the Cookie Preference Center. The Cookie Preference Center allows you to select which categories of cookies you accept or reject. Essential cookies cannot be rejected as they are strictly necessary to provide you with services.
The Cookie Preference Center can be found in the notification banner and on our Website. If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use our Website though your access to some functionality and areas of our Website may be restricted. You may also set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies.
The specific types of first- and third-party cookies served through our Website and the purposes they perform are described in the table below (please note that the specific cookies served may vary depending on the specific Online Properties you visit):
Cookies and local storage we use:
OwnersPal sets one first-party cookie on this Website, plus one more — op_attr, listed below — only on the websites it hosts for its business customers. Everything else OwnersPal itself stores on your device is browser local storage rather than a cookie — we list it here too, because it is information stored on your device and you have the same right to know about it. Items marked strictly necessary keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice, and carry your interface preferences; they cannot be switched off. The analytics services below are loaded only if you accept analytics cookies, and op_attr is set only if you accept marketing cookies. On a hosted business website whose owner has connected a Meta or Google Ads account, accepting marketing cookies at that website’s main address also lets that business’s own Meta Pixel or Google Ads tag load there, which sets those platforms’ own first-party cookies on that address and, for Google, a browser local-storage entry (listed below), and whose requests to Meta’s and Google’s servers carry, and may set, those companies’ own cookies on their own domains, which OwnersPal cannot read or delete. A hosted business website asks for this choice with its own cookie banner only when its owner has connected a Meta or Google Ads account with conversion tracking; a hosted business website without one never sets op_attr, loads no advertising tag and shows no banner. The banner offers Accept all and Reject all with equal prominence, plus Settings; it is not shown while your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, which is treated as a rejection, and you can change the choice at any time from that website’s “Cookie settings” link. The choice is kept only in your browser, for that website, for 12 months, after which you are asked again.| Name: | vive_cookie_consent |
|---|---|
| Purpose: | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies, so the consent banner is not shown to you again. |
| Provider: | ownerspal.app (first party) |
| Service: | OwnersPal |
| Type: | http_cookie |
| Expires in: | 1 year |
| Name: | vive_cookie_consent_v1 |
|---|---|
| Purpose: | Stores which cookie categories you accepted and when, so your choice can be applied and re-shown in the preference centre. It also holds a random receipt id: each time you accept, reject or save your choice here, OwnersPal sends that id, the categories you chose, the version of this notice, how you made the choice and the time to its server as a record of your consent, never your IP address or browser details (nothing is sent when your choice comes from a Global Privacy Control signal). |
| Provider: | ownerspal.app (first party) |
| Service: | OwnersPal |
| Type: | local_storage |
| Expires in: | Until you clear it or change your choice |
| Name: | op_attr |
|---|---|
| Purpose: | Marketing cookie: remembers which advert or link brought you to a business’s OwnersPal-hosted website (gclid, fbclid, utm values and the page you landed on) so that business can see which of its own campaigns led to your booking or enquiry. Set only on a website whose owner has connected a Meta or Google Ads account with conversion tracking, only at that website’s main address (its own domain name without “www.” when it has one, otherwise its ownerspal.app address) after you accept marketing cookies there (never because of a choice made on this Website), and never while your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal; no third party receives it. Deleted when that consent is withdrawn or the website detects a Global Privacy Control signal, and whenever you open a page of that website at one of its other addresses; never added to a booking or enquiry made without that consent. |
| Provider: | ownerspal.app and hosted business websites (first party) |
| Service: | OwnersPal |
| Type: | http_cookie |
| Expires in: | 30 days |
| Name: | _fbp, _gcl_aw and related (a business’s own Meta Pixel / Google Ads tag) |
|---|---|
| Purpose: | Marketing cookies set by a hosted business website’s own Google Ads tag (cookies whose names start with _gcl_, such as _gcl_aw, _gcl_au and _gcl_gs, stored on that website’s main address only) or, only when that main address is the business’s own domain name itself rather than an ownerspal.app address or an address under another domain, its Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc, placed on that domain), when that business has connected its ad account, so the business can measure which advert led to your visit and booking. Loaded only at that website’s main address after you accept marketing cookies there (never because of a choice made on this Website) and never while your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. The tags’ requests also go to Meta’s and Google’s own servers (such as facebook.com, google.com, googleadservices.com and doubleclick.net), which receive, and may set, those companies’ own cookies on their own domains; those are governed by Meta’s and Google’s cookie policies, and OwnersPal cannot read or delete them. If you withdraw that consent, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the page tells any tag already running to stop and deletes the _fbp, _fbc and _gcl_ cookies those tags created at that address — never one that was already in your browser before they first loaded there, and never a cookie another website set on a higher-level domain. Any of these cookies the tags created on an earlier visit or page, including any a tag writes after the withdrawal, are also deleted whenever you open a page of that website without marketing consent for it at its main address, even if the business has since disconnected its ad account. |
| Provider: | Meta Platforms, Inc. / Google LLC (third party) |
| Service: | Meta Pixel / Google Ads |
| Type: | http_cookie |
| Expires in: | Set by Meta / Google (typically up to 90 days) |
| Name: | _gcl_ls (a business’s own Google Ads tag) |
|---|---|
| Purpose: | Browser local-storage entry the Google Ads tag on a hosted business website writes alongside its _gcl_ cookies, holding ad-click information, so the business can measure which advert led to your visit and booking. Written only under the same consent rule as those cookies, stored for that website’s main address only, and deleted together with them: when you withdraw that consent or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, and whenever you open a page of that website without marketing consent for it at its main address — an entry that was already in your browser before the tag first loaded there is never touched. |
| Provider: | Google LLC (third party) |
| Service: | Google Ads |
| Type: | local_storage |
| Expires in: | Until deleted as described above, or until you clear your browser storage |
| Name: | op_site_consent_v1:<website> |
|---|---|
| Purpose: | Remembers, for a hosted business website that uses advertising measurement, whether you accepted or rejected marketing cookies in that website’s cookie banner and when, so the banner is not shown again and your choice applies on every page of that website. Written only when you make a choice at that website’s main address; holds that choice and its date only; no third party receives it, and OwnersPal keeps no copy on its servers. After 12 months the choice lapses and the banner asks again. |
| Provider: | hosted business websites (first party) |
| Service: | OwnersPal |
| Type: | local_storage |
| Expires in: | 12 months, or until you clear your browser storage |
| Name: | op_conversion_tags_v1:<website> |
|---|---|
| Purpose: | Records, for a hosted business website whose Meta Pixel or Google Ads tag has loaded at its main address, which of those tags’ identifiers (_fbp, _fbc, _gcl_ cookies and _gcl_ local-storage entries) were already in your browser before the tags first loaded there, so that when you withdraw consent, your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or you later open a page of that website without marketing consent, the page deletes only the identifiers those tags created. Written only when a tag loads under your marketing consent; holds identifier names only, never their values; no third party receives it. Kept when you withdraw consent, or a Global Privacy Control signal is detected, on an open page, so that identifiers a tag writes after that can still be deleted; deleted by the next page of that website you open without marketing consent for it, once that page has deleted those identifiers. |
| Provider: | hosted business websites (first party) |
| Service: | OwnersPal |
| Type: | local_storage |
| Expires in: | Until a page of that website opened without marketing consent for it deletes the tags’ identifiers, as described above, or until you clear your browser storage |
| Name: | sb-<project>-auth-token |
|---|---|
| Purpose: | Keeps you signed in to your OwnersPal account. Only present after you sign in. |
| Provider: | ownerspal.app (first party) |
| Service: | Supabase Auth |
| Type: | local_storage |
| Expires in: | Until you sign out or the session expires |
| Name: | op:p:theme, ownerspal.pod.v1, ownerspal.rail.v1, dashboard_view_mode |
|---|---|
| Purpose: | Remembers your interface preferences — light/dark theme, and the position and state of the account pod, side rail and dashboard view. |
| Provider: | ownerspal.app (first party) |
| Service: | OwnersPal |
| Type: | local_storage |
| Expires in: | Until you clear it |
| Name: | vive_last_signin_v1, vive_referral_code_pending, vive_onboarding_attestation_v1, vive3:pendingJobs, owner-preview-content |
|---|---|
| Purpose: | Carries short-lived state across page loads: the sign-in method you last used, a referral code captured before sign-up, your onboarding attestation, jobs still rendering, and unsaved website-editor drafts. |
| Provider: | ownerspal.app (first party) |
| Service: | OwnersPal |
| Type: | local_storage |
| Expires in: | Until used or cleared |
| Name: | Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights |
|---|---|
| Purpose: | Aggregate page-view and page-performance measurement. Loaded ONLY after you accept analytics cookies — if you reject them, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, these scripts are never loaded at all. |
| Provider: | vercel.com |
| Service: | Vercel View Service Privacy Policy |
| Type: | third_party |
| Expires in: | See Vercel’s policy |
| Name: | Sentry |
|---|---|
| Purpose: | Crash and error reporting, so we can find and fix faults. Error reporting is strictly necessary and runs for all visitors with text and inputs redacted by default. Its analytics-grade features — performance tracing and session replay — are loaded ONLY after you accept analytics cookies. |

|---|---|
| Purpose: | Fraud prevention for the no-charge card check that verifies a business customer’s card before their free Starter video. Strictly necessary to verify a card safely; no charge is made. |

| Service: | Stripe View Service Privacy Policy |
| Type: | third_party |
| Expires in: | __stripe_mid: 1 year; __stripe_sid: 30 minutes |
How can I control cookies on my browser?
As the means by which you can refuse cookies through your web browser controls vary from browser to browser, you should visit your browser's help menu for more information. The following is information about how to manage cookies on the most popular browsers:
In addition, most advertising networks offer you a way to opt out of targeted advertising. If you would like to find out more information, please visit:

What about other tracking technologies, like web beacons?
Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. We may use other, similar technologies from time to time, like web beacons (sometimes called "tracking pixels" or "clear gifs"). These are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier that enables us to recognize when someone has visited our Website or opened an email including them . This allows us, for example, to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page within a website to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to the website from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, to improve site performance, and to measure the success of email marketing campaigns. In many instances, these technologies are reliant on cookies to function properly, and so declining cookies will impair their functioning.
Do you serve targeted advertising?
No. OwnersPal does not serve third-party advertising cookies, ad-network tags or advertising web beacons on this Website, and we do not sell or share your browsing activity with advertising networks. The consent banner does still show a “Marketing cookies” category, and exactly one cookie of OwnersPal’s own belongs to it: op_attr (a hosted business website can also load that business’s own Meta or Google Ads tag under the same rule, described below). It is never set on OwnersPal’s own marketing or app pages. It is set only on the websites OwnersPal hosts for its business customers (the /p/… pages and each business’s own web address, such as {business}.ownerspal.app), only after Marketing cookies have been switched on in the consent banner for the site you are visiting, and never while your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. It remembers which advert or link brought you to that business’s website — campaign identifiers such as gclid, fbclid and utm values, plus the page you landed on — and lasts 30 days. It is a first-party cookie: no third party receives it, and it is used for one purpose only — so that business can see which of its own campaigns led to a booking or enquiry you make on its website.
If you leave Marketing cookies switched off, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control, op_attr is simply never set and nothing about how you arrived is recorded. Marketing cookies on a business website count only when they are switched on for that business’s website itself. The choice you make in this Website’s own consent banner never applies to a business website, whether it is served at its own address (such as {business}.ownerspal.app) or as a /p/… page on ownerspal.app, and a choice made on one business’s website never applies to another. A business website can be reachable at more than one address (for example {business}.ownerspal.app, its own domain name, and that domain with “www.” in front); its marketing features run only at its main address — its own domain name without “www.” when it has one, otherwise its ownerspal.app address — so the choice made there is the one that applies to the whole website, and at its other addresses nothing is recorded or loaded. Business websites do not show a consent banner of their own today, so Marketing cookies cannot be switched on there and no attribution is recorded on them.
This is separate from the advertising features inside the OwnersPal product. When you use OwnersPal to run ads for your own business, those campaigns run in your own Meta, Google or TikTok advertising account, are billed to you directly by those platforms, and are governed by those platforms’ own terms and cookie practices — not by this Website’s cookies.
One exception applies on websites OwnersPal hosts for its business customers: if that business has connected its own Meta or Google Ads account, its own advertising tags load on its website under exactly the same rule as op_attr above (Marketing cookies switched on for that site, and no Global Privacy Control signal). Like op_attr, they load only at the website’s main address. Its Google Ads tag stores its cookies (names starting with _gcl_, such as _gcl_aw, _gcl_au and _gcl_gs) on that address only, plus a _gcl_ls entry in your browser’s local storage. Its Meta Pixel loads only when that main address is the business’s own domain name itself — never an ownerspal.app address or an address under another domain — because the Pixel places its _fbp and _fbc cookies on the highest-level domain your browser allows, which anywhere else would be shared with other websites; the Pixel runs with its automatic event detection switched off. Both tags send the platform your IP address, browser and device information, the page you viewed and the page that referred you, and their cookie identifiers, so the business can measure which of its adverts led to your visit or booking; if the business has turned on Meta’s automatic advanced matching or Google’s enhanced conversions in its own ad account, a tag may also send a hash of contact details you enter into the website’s forms. Their requests go to Meta’s and Google’s own servers (such as facebook.com, google.com, googleadservices.com, googletagmanager.com and doubleclick.net), so your browser also sends those companies the cookies they have set on their own domains, and they may set or update such cookies (Google, for example, names IDE and NID); OwnersPal cannot read or delete those cookies — they are governed by Meta’s and Google’s own cookie policies, and you can clear them in your browser settings. They are never OwnersPal’s own tags and never load on this Website. If the business has not connected an ad account, you leave Marketing cookies off, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control, nothing loads. When a tag first loads, the page notes in the op_conversion_tags_v1 local-storage entry (listed above) which of its identifiers were already in your browser, so that it only ever deletes identifiers the tags created. Each tag starts with its consent withheld — the Meta Pixel with its consent “revoke” command, the Google Ads tag with its ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization consent “denied” — and is switched to granted, and sends its page view, only once its script has finished loading and Marketing cookies are still switched on for that website at that moment. If you switch Marketing cookies off for that website while one of its pages is open, the page immediately sends the Meta Pixel its consent “revoke” command, which stops it sending events, sets the Google Ads tag’s ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization consent to “denied”, under which Google’s tag stops reading and writing its cookies, deletes the _fbp, _fbc and _gcl_ cookies and the _gcl_ local-storage entries those tags created at that address (never one that was already in your browser, and never a cookie another website set on a higher-level domain) and deletes op_attr, keeping the op_conversion_tags_v1 entry so that any of those identifiers a tag still writes afterwards can be deleted too; the same happens when the page next detects a Global Privacy Control signal. Neither tag loads on later visits unless you switch Marketing cookies back on for that website. Whenever you open any page of that website without Marketing cookies switched on for it at its main address — for example on a later visit after withdrawing, while your browser sends Global Privacy Control, after the business has disconnected its ad account, or at one of its other addresses — the page deletes whatever of those identifiers the tags created there on an earlier visit or page (including any a tag wrote after you switched Marketing cookies off), then the op_conversion_tags_v1 entry, and op_attr.
